Email Analysis Details...
This web front has been developed by Avantgarde Design on behalf of Sitar Technologies to analyse internal mail and monitor their mailservers. Such an application allows for email logging, reports and ultimately better utilisation of mail servers by result of the information provided.
Developed in mid-late 2007, this template is easily scalable and allows for inherent colour changes, navigation expansion and other internal requirements beyond email reporting. Open Source web technologies including PHP and the industry standard database software Bizgres have been infused with this template.
Design Considerations
Proving that complex backend code does not have to create a complex graphical user interface (GUI), this template has taken cues from many existing and open source web designs. Since this web-application is used for internal purposes (intranet) and not as public webpage, the simplicity of few images and colours allows for a clear representation of the required information. Navigation is not cluttered with many sub/alternate menus and the buttons are large and clear.
Technical Details
This code is 100% valid XHTML 1.1 and CSS2. The template is compliant with Section 508 and the WCAG double-A rating. PHP Version 4 and Bizgres syntax are omitted from these checks.
